  4. The nicotine is active substance in cigarettes. It speeding up breathing heart rate and raises blood pressure.
  5. The carbon monoxide disrupts the transfer of oxygen to the blood.
  6. The cigarettes cause lung cancer, oral cancer, and cancer of kidneys.
  7. In addition to cardiovascular disease, ulcers, stomach and esophagus.
  8. Proportion of smokers is not related to the development.
  9. For example, in Africa theproportion of smoker is 29% men and 4%women, in America 35% men, 22% women.

7- Some big companies closed In USA.
8- After that a lot of countries whose have a strong economic relationships with US found them selves in a big problem.
9- Some of The biggest cars factories stopped to produce new cars.
10- Millions of people around the world became without jobs, Unemployment.
11- Europe, Australia, Asia, South America and some countries in Africa in bad economy satiation.

13- I think the economic began to make a big control for a political life.

  11. In this case, a friend is someone who becomes part of your family and who helps you in all areas of life.

4-Then use the same way as the inhabitants of Bablyon in Iraq.
5-The Chinese made writting books on the panels and the rolls of papyrus.
6-After that, the Roman were used to paper skin (slavery) rather than other means.
7-Indians have used palm leaves to write a Vedic Hindu sacred books.
8-Arabic wrote on palm trees and patches of skin.
9-The Roman developed a system of writting.
10-This system of writting using punctuation and capital letters.
11-First books appeared in the mid-fourteenth century.
12-It has evolved and spread to be issued in all written languages and on all know substances.

Breakfast


  1. Anyone have the first meal in the morning is breakfast.
  2. Breakfast is very important to study or work.
  3. There are many various breakfast around the world.
  4. Because foods are closely related to each cultures.
  5. In the USA, popular breakfast are breads, cereals, eggs, bacons, some fruits, and a cup of coffee.
  6. In Japan, traditional breakfast are rice, miso soup, broiled fish, raw egg, and natto(fermented soybeans), and, green tea; however, they are changing to bread, some fruits, cereal, and a cup of coffee as like american's recently.
  7. Nowaday, some people don't have breakfast every morning.
  8. Some people want to sleep just before leaving their home.
  9. Some people want to diet.
  10. The brain need a lot of the glucose to function well.
  11. However, the brain can't accumulate the glucose.
  12. If you don't have breakfast, your memory fails you.
  13. Some students who don't have breakfast are new problem in Japan.
  14. Every morning, I have breakfast before leaving my home,how about you?

13.Check you teeth at less two times a year.
14.Laugh more. It is useful for sixteen muscles of your face.
