Breakfast


  1. Anyone have the first meal in the morning is breakfast.
  2. Breakfast is very important to study or work.
  3. There are many various breakfast around the world.
  4. Because foods are closely related to each cultures.
  5. In the USA, popular breakfast are breads, cereals, eggs, bacons, some fruits, and a cup of coffee.
  6. In Japan, traditional breakfast are rice, miso soup, broiled fish, raw egg, and natto(fermented soybeans), and, green tea; however, they are changing to bread, some fruits, cereal, and a cup of coffee as like american's recently.
  7. Nowaday, some people don't have breakfast every morning.
  8. Some people want to sleep just before leaving their home.
  9. Some people want to diet.
  10. The brain need a lot of the glucose to function well.
  11. However, the brain can't accumulate the glucose.
  12. If you don't have breakfast, your memory fails you.
  13. Some students who don't have breakfast are new problem in Japan.
  14. Every morning, I have breakfast before leaving my home,how about you?
  15. Having breakfast is the most important preparation to study English for us.

    2- Every day I have breakfast, breakfast help my mind and give energy to do morning time work.
    3- In my country, breakfast consist of honey, cheese,milk or yogurt, eggs, butter, and some time dish of food called Makhlama and of course black tes.
    4- I never left home without breakfast; however, I knew how it is effect to the process of brain especialy whan I was a student in college.

    2. I also had breakfast every morning when I lived in Japan;however, nowaday I sometimes don't have breakfast.
    3. I want to eat Japanese traditional breakfast!

  3. 1. Thank you for advice, I didn't know that breakfast is so important.
    2. I mostly have no time to have breakfast, but now, I will care about it.
    3. In my country we have many kinds of breakfast, but people usualy have boiled cereal, such as millet, maize as breakfast.
    4. What kind of problem has student who doesn't have regularly breakfast?
    5. I prefer salty meal as breakfast and I'll pay attention from now on.

    3- For me I can not leave home in the morning without breakfast.
    4- When I do, my day it will be very bad.
    5- When I eat after wake up, I say breakfast for any food I ate it, not just on the morning.

    1-I sometimes I can't feel well, when I don't have my breakfast.
    3-But sometimes I don't have my breakfast when I am hurry.
    4-In Libya the famous breakfast is ASEEDA, this traditional meal in the breakfast.

    2- To me, I dislike eat anything when I woke up,Why. I don't now.
    3- But, I like eat in all times.
    4- I am surprised when I see some people eat meat in the early morning.but This is culture.
    5- All the scientists agreed that the breakfast the most important meal of the day.

    2. Even when I am in a hurry, I drink a glass of milk instead of breakfast.
    3. I saw news about an elementary school in Japan where it offers breakfast to the pupils because so many of them come to school without eating breakfast.
    4. I think parents have a lot of responsibility for their children's breakfast.
    5. If they eat breakfast, I am sure their children also make it a habit to eat breakfast.
